Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

• You have not downloaded any paystubs using your purchased credits
• The Service did not function as described
• You were charged in error or experienced a billing issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You have already downloaded one or more paystubs using your credits
• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
• The paystub was generated with correct information that you provided

Free Tier

The free tier is always available at no cost. Free paystubs include a "FREE PAYSTUB GENERATOR" watermark and do not require payment. We recommend trying the free version before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

• The email address used for your purchase
• Your order number or transaction ID
• The reason for your refund request

We will process your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
